As a Tribe Manager for Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and engineers to drive business insights and decision-making through data-driven solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data analysts and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and architectures using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and engineering
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with a focus on leadership and team management
- Strong technical skills in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Python
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with large datasets and developing data pipelines and architectures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
