We're looking for a User Researcher, Growth to join our team! As a User Researcher, Growth, you will be responsible for conducting user research to inform growth strategies and product development at Notion. You will work closely with our growth and product teams to understand user needs and behaviors, and use that information to inform product decisions and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to inform growth strategies and product development
- Work closely with growth and product teams to understand user needs and behaviors
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions and growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineers
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in user research, growth hacking, or a related field
- Strong understanding of user experience and product development principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL and statistical analysis
