Capgemini Invent is seeking a Vice President, Data & AI Leader to drive business transformation and measurable outcomes through the intelligent use of Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. This executive will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, translating complex Data & AI capabilities into commercial impact, enterprise value, and sustained performance improvement.

This role is firmly rooted in business strategy, go-to-market leadership, and client value creation, partnering closely with industry leaders, strategy teams, and technology specialists to design and scale high-impact solutions.

Your Role (Responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities - Business & Strategy Leadership

  • Partner with C-suite leaders to define business problems and deliver measurable outcomes using Data & AI.
  • Shape and execute Data & AI-enabled business strategies.
  • Translate advanced analytics and AI into clear value propositions.
  • Advise on operating model evolution and AI-driven decision intelligence.

Client Development & Go-To-Market

  • Lead growth, sales, and thought leadership for Data & AI within Invent.
  • Originate and close large-scale transformation engagements.
  • Build trusted CXO relationships.
  • Represent Invent externally at executive forums and events.

Solution and Leadership

  • Lead use-case-driven Data & AI solutions aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with technology teams on analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, and cloud foundations.
  • Ensure responsible AI aligned with regulatory and ethical standards.

Leadership and Talent

  • Mentor senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Build a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • Serve as a visible role model for Invent leadership.

Your Skill And Experiences

  • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in Data, AI, Analytics, or Strategy.
  • Proven success delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence and C-suite credibility.
  • Consulting or strategy-led transformation background preferred.
