Vice President of Data Science
My client, an emerging Blockchain Lab, is seeking a VP of Data Science to become a member of the leadership team and provide value-based mentoring talented group of analysts, data scientists and data engineers.
Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership in data science and analytics to maximize data opportunities across the enterprise, deliver optimal data solutions and make recommendations on data platforms for key business problems
- Direct the collection, design, analysis and development of quality performance indicators and data into meaningful performance measures
- Develop advanced capabilities in AI and direct the effective integration of predictive analytics and machine learning into our analytics approach
- Build executive and product dashboards to provide visibility and access to key metrics, define targets for KPIs, and track progress against targets
- Provide strategic thought partnership to the leadership team on corporate growth opportunities as they relate to driving steerage and population health
- Build and manage healthcare tools (e.g. risk adjustment software), and savings methodologies
Qualifications
- 10 + years’ experience working in Data Science
- 5+ years’ experience in management
- Expertise in Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics & Modeling
- Knowledge of data infrastructure and architecture desired
- Experience with Blockchain/Web3 technologies
