Key Responsibilities
- Debug and optimize the booking module using the Bookly plugin
- Resolve WooCommerce and Klarna integration issues
- Perform monthly WordPress site maintenance and database cleanup
- Implement security measures using WordFence and maintain backups
- Optimize site speed and performance through caching and code improvements
- Use staging environments and version control for release management
Requirements
- 5+ years of WordPress development experience with deep framework knowledge
- Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong WooCommerce customization and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Bookly plugin or similar booking systems
- Ability to build/maintain custom WordPress plugins
- Familiarity with database optimization and security best practices
